Jan has over 12 years of experience in the Czech Republic's armed forces. During his career, he served with a specialized unit operating nationwide, where he later began his journey as an instructor. Throughout his service, he completed an internship with an intervention unit, participated in a foreign mission, and collaborated with elite units of the Czech Police and Army. Jan has honed his skills through courses provided by organizations such as Hard Task, Aegis, Elite Lhenice, ASP, CACM, and others.
In recent years, he earned certification as a TECC instructor, worked as an instructor for riot control units, and contributed to training programs for the Polish Border Guard's Szkoleń Specjalistycznych Straży Granicznej. Currently, Honza collaborates with an elite Czech Army unit, gaining expertise in areas such as CQB and FIBUA. He has also had the opportunity to work with international Special Operations Forces (SOF), further enriching his professional experience.
