Course Description:

This course is intended to teach the basics of expandable baton use. It is aimed mainly on self defence, contrary to police/military use.

Contents:

Different types of batons. How to carry it. Stance, grip, movement, strikes, blocks. Close quarter fighting. Defense against disarm and holds.

Recommended equipment:

Your own telescopic baton (We are able to rent you the baton for some fee), sport shoes with pale sole, gloves to protect palms from blisters, trouser you can carry baton on, safety goggles.

Timing:

Meeting at 08:30 – 08:45 am at the training area, the subsequent administration and preparation of equipment and materials. The beginning of class is at 09:00 and the end around 18:00.
