Course Description:

CQB Week is a seven days long intensive course of tactical training in buildings and related tactics of a modern special forces police or military operator. It is a collection of all the CQB courses we offer put together in one week.

Contents:

Basic theory, slicing the pie of the room, entering the apartment and room, staircase procedure, hallway procedure, door opening system, reaction to a suspect, alternative entry into a building through windows with and without ladders, tactical procedures with a ballistic shield, and learning how to breach a door with a ram, crowbar and shotgun, use of flashbangs, coordination of multiple teams, recommended procedure for apprehending the perpetrator. Basic team formation around the vehicle against which the intervention is being conducted, a system of blocking the offender's vehicle with assault vehicles, distraction techniques using hand grab and baton techniques, a complete search of the assaulted vehicle. Bus assault against terrorist or any offender in the bus after hijacking. Many different force on force scenarios focusing on tactical procedures in objects, rooms and hallways and their detailed evaluation. FX Simunition weapons, lots of FX ammo and actors add a whole new dimension to training that is very close to reality. Live fire training and scenarios at the shooting range kill house.

Recommended equipment:

Comfortable civilian or tactical clothing or combat uniform and solid outdoor or duty footwear (both adapted to the current weather and outdoor temperatures), belt, you can also bring your own kydex or plastic hand gun holster placed on the strong hand side and covering the trigger guard for Glock 17 GEN4/GEN5, holster for spare magazine, plate carrier or any complete ballistic protection with an AR15 magazine poches, helmet, shooting goggles, kneepads, tactical gloves and gun mounted flashlight. If you do not have anything from mentioned gear, bring just only the clothing or duty gear based on your civilian or Law Enforcement/Military daily usage. No need to buy expensive tactical gear just for course purposes. This is not compulsory on this course.

If you would like to try out modern ballistic gear and equipment, we are able to provide modern plate carrier including ballistic plates and magazine pouches, high end ballistic protective helmet Galvion or some other tactical equipment and gear. Weapon:

There will be our training FX simunition wepons (H&K416, AR15, H&K MP5 and Glock 17) with the holsters and slings available for all the participants for 6 from 7 days of the course.

For last day you need pistol with 2 magazines and 200 rounds + Rifle with 2 magazines and 200 rounds (We recommend You to bring more ammo) + holsters and pouches for the magazines. In cause of using subcompact pistol (G42/G43 etc) please bring at least 3 spare magazines.

If you do not own a guns or would like to try a gun other than the one you own, we are able to provide you with gun with ammunition and other accessories. Please click on your chosen course date and you will see a full list of weapons available for that course date. In the first section you will find complete packages which always include a rifle or pistol with two magazines, kydex pistol and/or magazine holster, eye and hearing protection and the number of rounds needed for the course. If you bring your own factory ammunition, you can choose to rent the gun only. A complete list of these, along with the option to order the ammunition itself, holsters, or perhaps protective equipment, can be found in the sections below.

Law:

There is no need of firearms license, background check or criminal record copy to attend this course. There is no restriction on lenght of semi auto rifle barrels. You are allowed to use high capacity magazines. Silencers, weapon mounted lasers and flashlights are legal in the Czech Republic.

Timing:

Meeting at 08:30 – 08:45 am at the car park of the shooting range, the subsequent administration and preparation of equipment and materials. The beginning of class is at 09:00 and the end around 18:00.

Accommodation and food:

Accommodation is not included in the course fee, each participant provides and pays for it himself. There will be a 30 min lunchtime meal time. We recommend you bring food ration for the outdoors and enough drink for the day.
